I've been a big fan of Galveston for a long time. I adore the rows upon rows of Victorians and the way sun dances off of waves. The historic architecture draws me in every time and I've nearly stepped off of at least a few dozens curves staring up at the pitches and arches instead of where I was going. Galveston has held many mile markers for us. We were on a trip to the Island a month before two of our foster placements. We've run the Island for a break, to disappear, to celebrate, and for shrimp & grits.
From where to explore to where to eat, please enjoy some of our favorites--Know Before You Go: Galveston Edition. xoxo
